Resize After Service

Envero Jewelry offers free one time resize within 1 year from the receiving date. We will only be able to resize the ring once as multiple resize will affect the durability of the ring. If your original order was already resized, we may be able to size down the ring, but will not be able to size up. Resize takes 10 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. International customers are not eligible for resize.

Q: Unsure of the ring size?
A: Please check the size using Ring Size Guide.

Q: Getting it as a gift?
A: Please purchase stock size 7 and send it back for free resize later! Free resize service applies to US customers only.

Q: Can I resize the ring twice?
A: No, it is not recommended in order to maintain durability. In some cases, we may be able to size down half a size depending on the design.

Q: I don't see my ring size. 
A: All ring size may not be listed but we can certainly make all rings in any ring size. 
For rings that are mentioned "One of a kind", we are unable to create the same exact ring. However, you can purchase a Semi-Custom order for the same style using your own choice of gemstone from our available loose inventory. Visit the FAQ to learn more.

Delivery Time

Rush Order Upgrade

You can add Rush order upgrade which will cut your delivery time by half.*This service may not be available when we have high volume of orders (holiday seasons).

Shipping method

All jewelry is shipped by USPS, Fedex or UPS, fully insured with adult signature required.

Packaging

All rings come in our standard packaging. You can upgrade to a velvet ring box for an additional cost.

Return

Stock size ring will incur a 30% restocking fee. Once resized, it is Final Sale. If you notice any out of the box faults in craftsmanship, please contact us immediately.

Unless it is specified, Diamonds and Sapphires are provided without third-party certification. Gemstone certificate is available as an additional service.

A certificate is issued by Gemological Institute of America (GIA), a non-profit and independent organization. The gemstone will be sent to the GIA laboratory for grading and this process takes four to six weeks in addition to the standard production time. 

All gemstones are measured and weighed before they are listed on the website and other information such as origin and treatments are provided from our suppliers who uphold the highest ethical standards in their business practices, agreeing to the American Gem Trade Association’s strict Code of Ethics and an unwavering commitment to appropriate and precise disclosure of gemstone enhancements.

Although information is updated diligently, please note that the information may vary slightly in the GIA report on rare cases. If we find any profound differences in the report, we will communicate with you before proceeding with your ring production.
