Shipping & Return
The production time on each piece of jewelry varies, please refer to the “Delivery and Return” tab in the product’s listing.
All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS with full insurance and require your signature upon delivery. Should you choose not to sign for your package, please be aware Envero Jewelry is not liable for lost shipments when delivery tracking indicates that it has been delivered. Envero Jewelry is not responsible for the delay in delivery due to the customer being unavailable for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather conditions or technical issues within the shipping carrier. If your package is sent back to Envero Jewelry for any of these reasons, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.
Depending on the item, we accept returns for store credit within 7 days after the delivery date. Item must be returned in its unworn condition with original packaging along with all paper works and certificates. Shipping fee, rush fee, Cad design fee and custom fee are non-refundable. After 7 days, all sales are final.
