Gemstones we use are purchased from suppliers who are registered members of the American Gem Trading Association (“AGTA”), whose membership is only permitted to those dealers who conduct business following strict AGTA's code of ethics. It is important to us to work closely with trusted suppliers who share our commitment to fair labor practices and minimizing environmental harm. -
Absolutely! We work with natural diamonds and gemstones, and also offer lab-grown diamonds if you prefer.

All of our pieces are crafted in solid 14k or 18k gold, or platinum.
Gold, Silver, and Platinum we used are recycled and purchased from suppliers who source from domestic U.S. mines or suppliers who are able to verify and obtain certification that the source is DRC-Conflict Free mines.

Ordering & Customization

To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, we begin production shortly after your order is placed. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours. Requests made after this window may be subject to an additional fee.

At this time, we do not work with customer-provided gemstones, diamonds, or gold, and we do not offer our settings for purchase without one of our stones. This policy is in place to ensure we maintain the highest standards for quality and craftsmanship. Because we can’t verify the durability or treatment history of outside stones, and we’re unable to offer compensation if a stone is damaged during production, we choose to work exclusively with gemstones sourced through our trusted suppliers.
We understand the sentimental value some pieces hold, and while we know other jewelers may offer reset services, we believe such personal pieces are best handled by those who specialize in heirloom remakes.

At this time, we don’t sell our ring settings on their own. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to be set with one of our carefully sourced gemstones or diamonds to ensure the best fit and finish.

If you're on a tight timeline, feel free to email us with the specific piece and size you're interested in. We're happy to check if we can meet your deadline and will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
Many of our listings also offer a rush production upgrade for an additional fee. If you select this option, we guarantee delivery by the listed rush production time under the “Lead Time” section. If we’re unable to deliver on time, the rush fee will be fully refunded.
Please note:
– We take great care in crafting each piece by hand, so while we do our best to stay on schedule, occasional delays can happen.
– Rush service may not be available during peak holiday seasons.

For diamonds, we’re usually able to restock the same design. For natural gemstones, due to their one-of-a-kind nature, we are not able to source the exact same stone. However, we can recreate the same setting and style using a gemstone with a similar color and weight. We always do our best to find a beautiful match!

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, as well as other popular online methods such as PayPal, amazon pay, shopPay, and more.

We provide financing through ShopPay, which is an available option during check out.
For purchases split into 4 bi-weekly payments, there are no additional charges or interest rates applied. This means that you can enjoy the convenience of paying over time without having to worry about extra fees or costs. Your credit score will not be impacted if your purchase is split into 4 bi-weekly payments using Shop Pay Installments.
For purchases split into monthly payments may be subject to interest. If your purchase is split into monthly payments, then your payments may be reported to a credit bureau.

In-stock items that don't require resizing or customization will be shipped within 1-2 business days. If resizing is needed, please allow up to 1–2 weeks for processing. In cases where resizing isn’t possible and a new ring needs to be made, we’ll notify you within 1-2 business days. Production for a new ring may take approximately 3–4 weeks.
Made-to-order items generally take 4-6 weeks, but may take up to 8 weeks depending on the type of order. The production lead time is specified on each product page.

All of our packages are shipped with signature confirmation, as it’s required for insurance coverage. If you choose to waive the signature, we'll also need to remove insurance protection. For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend keeping the signature requirement in place. Unfortunately, if a package is lost and the signature was waived, we won’t be able to file a claim for reimbursement.

If no one is available to sign, USPS will usually reattempt delivery or leave a notice with instructions. You can reschedule online via USPS.com by selecting either “USPS Carrier Redelivery” or “Customer Pickup” at your local post office.For UPS shipments:

International Shipping
Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout. -
If there are no delays at customs, UPS or Fedex international shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. For destinations much farther from New York, such as Australia, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
USPS international shipping may take up to 2-3 weeks, depending on your location and local customs processing.

These charges are not included in our prices and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Envero Jewelry does not assume liability for any additional taxes or duties associated with international shipments.
If a package is refused at customs or returned to us due to unpaid import fees, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item and any associated return shipping or handling fees. -
All international orders are final sale due to the challenges related to shipping cost and custom.
After Delivery

If your ring has not been previously resized, most of our designs can be adjusted within a certain size range though this depends on the specific setting. If resizing isn’t possible due to the design, we may still be able to offer alternative solutions, which could involve an additional fee. If you've received your ring and the size isn’t right, the first step is to confirm your correct ring size and email us so we can help you from there.
