If you are interested in one of our jewelry, we offer a trial service for all USA customers so that you can try on rings before making the final purchase. This service is available only when we have a stock of the item (in the stock size) you are considering.

*While you are welcome to try on the jewelry, please ensure it is returned in new and unworn condition. Any signs of wear may result in a fee upon return. 

Procedure
1. Please contact us before purchasing this option to ensure that the item(s) you are considering is available for trial.

2. Purchase this listing with the item(s) you are interested in. For sizing, please select the stock size.

3. Trial item will be shipped to you. Please share your feedback with us and parcel must be dropped off within 7 days after receiving the item with the prepaid label that we will provide. Postal receipts must be retained.

4. If you decide not to proceed, the item's total amount will be refunded to you after the item is received in its original state. The trial service fee is non-refundable.

5. If you decide to keep all the items in your trial service, we’ll gladly refund $20 to cover the cost of the second shipping. If you decide to return any item(s) in the order for resizing or a refund, the trial service fee is non-refundable.

 

Shipping

Currently, Envero Jewelry ships to countries and territories shown in this list

All international packages are shipped via Fedex, UPS or other shipping method available depending on the country of destination with Full Insurance and require your signature upon delivery. The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the destination but usually, it is between US$70~$120 globally. If you are in Canada, your package will be shipped by by USPS or Fedex for $20~$47.

Import Tax

Please note that International purchase is subject to local custom tax, which is payable by the customer. Envero Jewelry is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties associated with international deliveries.

* Should you choose not to sign for your package, please be aware Envero Jewelry is not liable for lost shipments when delivery tracking indicates that it has been delivered. Envero Jewelry is not responsible for the delay in delivery due to the customer being unavailable for signature upon arrival, due to any unforeseen weather conditions or technical issues within the shipping company, or due to the custom issues. If your package is sent back to Envero Jewelry for any of these reasons, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.

Resize and Repair

Envero do not offer repair and resize for international customers due to logistic reasonsShould you need a resize/repair, please consult a local jewelry store. Based on our experience, any local jewelry store can accept our jewelry.

If you are purchasing a ring, please visit a local jewelry store to have your finger sized professionally. You may also order a plastic ring sizer from our online-store. Refer to this Ring Size Conversation Sheet to convert the ring size.

<<IMPORTANT>>
In principle, the ring cannot be resized more than once in order to retain its design details and durability. Please purchase the ring in stock-size if you are unsure. 

Cancellation

Once your order has been submitted, any modification or cancellation must be contacted within 12 hours. Cancellation request will be granted with full-refund for customers who contacted us within 12 hours. 

Some items may be shipped out within few hours after your order. The order cannot be canceled once the package is shipped out.

Return Policy

All international purchase is final sale and they are not returnable nor repairable/resizable. Should you need a resize/repair, please consult your local jewelry shop. Based on our experience, any local jewelry shop can accept our jewelry for resize/repair.
