Ring Size Guide

It is very important to order the ring in the correct size as the ring should not be resized more than once to ensure its durability. 

The most accurate and recommended method is to get your fingers measured by a professional jeweler. If it is not possible, here are some other methods that may be used to estimate your size. 

Envero's Ring Sizer

A plastic ring sizer is available to purchase in our online shop. Please purchase this item and watch the instruction video to learn how to measure accurately. For gemstone rings larger than 0.4ct, you may order the plastic ring sizer by selecting "Send Me a Ring Sizer" option under the size dropdown.

Tips

• If you are planning a surprise gift, we recommend you to purchase the stock size and resize later.  
• If you are debating between two sizes, always opt for the larger size so that you still have an option to size down in the future.

Resize Service

We offer one-time complimentary resize within one year from the receiving date. This service is available for rings that are in original size (have not yet been resized) and can be resized one full size up or down. 

If your ring had already been resized, we will perform a resize under the condition that you understand and accept the additional charge for the new setting when we were unable to resize the ring.
