All rings are listed in standard US ring size. It is very important to order the ring in the correct size as this ring should not be resized more than once to ensure its durability.
If you are unsure of your ring size, please select "Send Me A Ring Sizer" option listed at the bottom of the "Ring Size" menu.
US customers are eligible for a one-time complimentary resize within one year from the receiving date. This service is available for rings that are in original size (have not yet been resized) and can be resized one size up or down. Please note that the eternity style ring cannot be resized.
If your ring has already been resized, we will perform a resize under the condition that you understand and accept the additional charge for the new setting when we are unable to resize the ring.
* Envero does not offer repair and resize for international customers due to logistic reasons.
Production Time
This piece is made-to-order and production generally takes 5 to 6 weeks. If you need to meet a specific deadline, please select "rush order" option.
Rush Order
Upgrading to rush order will allow us to priorotize your order and be ready for shipping in 4 weeks (20 business days). Shipping method is upgraded automatially.
* While we strive to meet the specified timeframe, unforeseen challenges can arise during our handcrafted process. If we can't fulfill the rush order in the specified timeframe, you'll be promptly notified, and the rush production fee will be refunded.
* This service may not be available during holiday seasons.
* This service is not available for orders that requires the GIA report.

All international packages are shipped via Fedex, UPS or other shipping method available depending on the country of destination with Full Insurance and require your signature upon delivery. The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the destination but usually, it is between US$70~$120 globally. If you are in Canada, your package will be shipped by by USPS or Fedex for $20~$47.
Please note that International purchase is subject to local custom tax, which is payable by the customer. Envero Jewelry is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties associated with international deliveries.
* Should you choose not to sign for your package, please be aware Envero Jewelry is not liable for lost shipments when delivery tracking indicates that it has been delivered. Envero Jewelry is not responsible for the delay in delivery due to the customer being unavailable for signature upon arrival, due to any unforeseen weather conditions or technical issues within the shipping company, or due to the custom issues. If your package is sent back to Envero Jewelry for any of these reasons, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.
Envero do not offer repair and resize for international customers due to logistic reasons. Should you need a resize/repair, please consult a local jewelry store. Based on our experience, any local jewelry store can accept our jewelry.
If you are purchasing a ring, please visit a local jewelry store to have your finger sized professionally. You may also order a plastic ring sizer from our online-store. Refer to this Ring Size Conversation Sheet to convert the ring size.

In principle, the ring cannot be resized more than once in order to retain its design details and durability. Please purchase the ring in stock-size if you are unsure.
Once your order has been submitted, any modification or cancellation must be contacted within 12 hours. Cancellation request will be granted with full-refund for customers who contacted us within 12 hours.
Some items may be shipped out within few hours after your order. The order cannot be canceled once the package is shipped out.
All international purchase is final sale and they are not returnable nor repairable/resizable. Should you need a resize/repair, please consult your local jewelry shop. Based on our experience, any local jewelry shop can accept our jewelry for resize/repair.
All jewelry comes with Envero Jewelry's original certificate of authenticity. Unless otherwise specified, diamonds and sapphires are provided without third-party certification. If you're interested in a certified gemstone, GIA/IGI/GGTL grading reports are available for gemstones larger than 3mm. For one-of-a-kind rings where the gemstone is already mounted, the carat weight will be an approximation and only the main center stone will be included in the report; accent stones are not graded or listed.

Lead-time
Since the gemstone is be sent to the third-party laboratory, it takes four to six weeks in addition to the standard production time. Please note that rush order service is not available.
