Production is completed within 4 weeks. While we aim to ship on time, delays can occur due to the handcrafted nature of our work and our commitment to quality. If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe, your rush fee will be fully refunded.

For gemstones over 3mm, third-party certification—such as GIA, IGI, or GGTL—is available for an additional fee. The gemstone will be sent to the laboratory, and the process typically takes approximately 6 weeks.

*If the gemstone is purchased for a made-to-order piece, note that production will be paused while the gemstone undergoes grading.

*For mounted stones, the carat weight will be estimated. The grading report will apply only to the main center stone and will not include any accent stones.
