Custom Order is a service where you can create jewelry of your own design. You will work with our designer to create your own one-of-a-kind piece.

Yes, Build-Your-Own lets you make following alterations.
- Prong style
- Surface finish
- Thicker band *
- Replace accent diamonds to color stones *
*These changes will incur additional fee.

All gemstones offered by Envero Jewelry can be provided with GIA/IGI certificate.
The certificate is optional and it takes up to 6 weeks for the certification process.

Production requires a minimum of 5 weeks and may take up to 6 weeks to fulfill from your order date.
Orders with GIA request require a minimum of 6 weeks. This process is conducted externally at the GIA lab and cannot be expedited.

With a Rush Order upgrade, we will prioritize your piece to complete production within 4 weeks.
* Note that custom production can occasionally face unexpected technical delays, and in such a case, your rush fee will be fully refunded.

While all custom jewelry is final sale, your satisfaction is our priority.
