It is very important to order the ring in the correct size, as the ring should not be resized more than once to ensure its durability. If you are planning a surprise gift, we recommend that you purchase the stock size (if available) and resize later.

Most jewelers will size your finger for free. If you’re planning a surprise, you can bring in a ring your partner wears on the same finger for measurement.
We want you to love your ring and have it fit perfectly, so we offer a one-time complimentary resize within one year of receiving your ring. This applies to rings that haven’t been resized before and can be adjusted up or down by one full size.
Please note, rings from our Everyday Rings collection (not part of our Engagement Ring or Build Your Own Ring collections) do not include complimentary resizing and will incur a fee if resizing is needed.
Depending on the ring’s design, resizing may not always be possible. If the requested size falls outside the typical resizing range (usually more than 1–2 sizes up or down), or if the ring’s structure doesn’t allow for safe resizing, a new setting may be required, which could involve additional fees.
Eternity bands are not resizable due to their continuous band design.
If your ring has already been resized, we’re still here to help! Just keep in mind that additional charges may apply if a new setting is needed to make the resize possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll work with you every step of the way.

商品ページのサイズメニュー内、一番下のオプションに"Send Me A Ring Sizer"の選択肢がございます。こちらをご選択いただいた場合はご注文確定後、Envero仕様のリングゲージをお客様にお送りいたします。リングゲージがお手元に届きましたらこの動画を参考にお測りください。
指輪は金棒から作る鍛造製法か樹脂型に金属を流し込む鋳造製法で作られます。
Envero Jewelryの指輪はリサイクルゴールドを使用した鍛金製法で製造しております。お客様のサイズに合わせた樹脂型を使用する事によって強度の高いリングを作る事ができます。例えば、受注制作でご注文いただいたお客様はお客様のサイズでお作りする為強度の高い指輪をお届けできます。一方、在庫品の一点ものリングは通常サイズ７か7.２５でお作りしており、サイズ直しが必要の場合は十分な強度が保てる範囲で直しをいたします。サイズを大きくする場合は裏側を引き伸ばし、縮める場合は裏側をカットします。ダイヤの装飾が多いデザインとシンプルなソリティアリングではリングのお直しできるサイズの幅が異なりますが一般的に±１〜２サイズのお直しを一度のみ行えます。
一点ものリング、あるいは在庫商品のファッションリングをご購入いただいた場合、既存のサイズからお客様のサイズにお直しをいたします（要10営業日・無料）。強度を保つ為、サイズ直しは１度のみ受け承っております。２度目のお直しはできませんのでご留意ください。
サイズのお直しができない場合はお客様のサイズでリングを作り直しいたします（要６週間・料金は商品ページに記載）。
より良いサービスを提供させていただく為日本でのサポート体制の構築に努めておりますが現時点では国内でのお直し、リサイズはお受けできません。ご不便をお掛けいたしますがお客様の所在地にあるジュエリーショップなどにお直し・リサイズをご依頼ください。尚、何らかの理由でお直しが困難な場合は最善の方法をご相談させていただきますのでご連絡くださいませ。
