If you’d like to request a return, please reach out to us as soon as possible. All returns must be approved in advance before sending your item back.
Depending on the item, returns for store credit are accepted within 7 days of delivery, and the return must be postmarked within that 7-day window.
Any fees such as shipping, rush, custom, Cad design, and purchased GIA reports are non-refundable. After 7 days, all sales are final.
Items must be returned in unworn condition, with the original packaging, paperwork, and any certificates included.
Original ring stock size is returnable for full store credit within 7 days of delivery. Resized rings are final sale and not eligible for return.

International orders
All international purchase is final sale and they are not returnable nor repairable/resizable. Should you need a resize/repair, please consult your local jewelry shop. Based on our experience, any local jewelry shop can accept our jewelry for resize/repair.
