The Build-Your-Own service allows you to select a setting and a focal stone from Envero's existing collection.
Custom Order is a service where you can create jewelry of your own design. You will work with our designer to create your own one-of-a-kind piece.

You can choose any center stone from our Gemstone Gallery. Not all gemstones are listed so if you didn't find what you are looking for, simply contact us!

Yes, absolutely! If you love one of our existing designs but would like to add or remove certain details, adjust the band width, or make other modifications, we’re happy to explore those options with you. Availability and pricing will depend on the requested changes.

We’re unable to work with customer-provided gemstones, diamonds, or gold. All materials used in our pieces must be sourced through our trusted suppliers so we can verify their quality and stand behind the finished piece.
Working with a customer’s gemstone also carries a risk of damage during setting or production. Because sentimental stones can be irreplaceable, we feel it is best not to accept that responsibility.

No, we don't offer rush service for custom jewelry to ensure the quality of our creation.

All custom jewelry is final sale. If you find any fault in the craftsmanship, contact us immediately.

All gemstones offered by Envero Jewelry can be provided with GIA or IGI certificate. Certificate is optional and it takes up to 6 weeks for the certification process. If you are interested, please purchase the gemstone with certificate option.
