In-stock items are shipped out within 1~3 business days. Most earrings, bracelets and necklaces are ready for immediate shipping. If your order is out of stock, customer support will contact you within the next business day.
If your order is urgent or want to verify the availability of an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Made-to-order items, such as fashion rings and bridal jewelries will require 1~4 weeks for production. If you are on tight schedule, we offer rush order upgrade.
Rush Order Upgrade is offered should you need your order in hand earlier than the standard production period mentioned above. We may be able to rush your order to be ready in 14 days for an additional fee of $80.
We will do our best for your special order to be ready for the special day! Please note that the speed of production is different for each design so some item may take longer than others. Please email us at email@example.com.
Exceptional Cases : Orders placed during December could take longer that the allotted time window.
Once your order has been submitted, any modification or cancellation must be contacted within 12 hours. Cancellation request will be granted with full-refund for customers who contacted us within 12 hours.
Some items may be shipped out within few hours after your order. Once the package is shipped out, shipping fee will not be refunded and there will be additional $10 for return shipping label.
After 12 hours, item will go under production and the customer will no longer be eligible for full-refund and rules set forth in "Return Policy" will apply.
We will accept returns for most of our jewelry with a 30% restocking fee excluding some items listed below. Envero will provide return shipping label and $10 will be deducted from the refund price. Customer must contact us within 7 business days of receipt of shipment. Return instructions will be emailed to you after your return has been authorized.
•All customized jewelries and sale items are final sale.
•All "Personalize" jewelries are final sale (engraved jewelry, mother necklace etc).
•Engagement ring and fine jewelry made diamond larger than 0.20ct are final sale.
•Eternity ring will incur 50% restocking fee.
•18k gold and platinum jewelry will incur 50% restocking fee.
We will not process refund under the following conditions.
•Package that was returned to us without our authorization.
•Return request after the 8th day onwards will not be accepted.
•Item is not returned for 14 days after providing return shipping label.
•Item is not in its original state.
Repair and resize service is available for domestic customers only. Envero Jewelry offers 6 months warranty to all of our jewelry for customers who reside in the USA. All shipping fee for repair is payable by our customer.
•Breakage: Breakage that was caused by standard use can be repaired under our warranty policy. However, if the breakage is deemed to be caused by mishandling or if the level of breakage is significant, additional charges may be payable by a customer on individual cases.
•Ring Resize: If the ordered ring size needs to be resized, we are able to resize the rings under our 6 months warranty policy. However, if you need to resize to size 8.5 and above or if the ring is eternity band, additional charges may be payable by a customer.
•Necklace & Bracelet resize: If the ordered necklace and bracelets chain needs to be longer, the customer must purchase additional chain. There is no extra charge to shorten the chain during the warranty period.
Resizing and repair after warranty period
We would gladly accept your repair or resize request even after the warranty period. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the nature of your request. After reaching agreement on the cost, nature of repair/resize and duration for the reparation, return instruction will be emailed to you. In additional to repair cost, please note that there will be a small repair fee and $20 for 2 ways shipping.
* Please do not return the item without advance notice as the returned item will not be accepted.
All packages are shipped via USPS with full Insurance and require your signature upon delivery. Should you choose not to sign for your package, please be aware Envero Jewelry is not liable for lost shipments when delivery tracking indicates that it has been delivered. Envero Jewelry is not responsible for the delay in delivery due to the customer being unavailable for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather conditions or technical issues within the shipping carrier. If your package is sent back to Envero Jewelry for any of these reasons, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.

All international packages are shipped via Fedex, UPS or other shipping method available depending on the country of destination with Full Insurance and require your signature upon delivery. The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the destination but usually, it is between US$70~$80 globally. If you are in Canada, your package will be shipped by by USPS or Fedex for $20~$47.
Please note that International purchase is subject to local custom tax, which is payable by the customer. Envero Jewelry is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties associated with international deliveries.
* Should you choose not to sign for your package, please be aware Envero Jewelry is not liable for lost shipments when delivery tracking indicates that it has been delivered. Envero Jewelry is not responsible for the delay in delivery due to the customer being unavailable for signature upon arrival, due to any unforeseen weather conditions or technical issues within the shipping company, or due to the custom issues. If your package is sent back to Envero Jewelry for any of these reasons, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.

Return Policy for International Purchase
All international purchase is final sale and they are not returnable nor repairable/resizable. Before you place an order, please ensure to double-check the ring size using Ring Size Guide and item descriptions its length and size for other Jewelries. Based on our experience, any local jewelry shop can accept our jewelry for repair as they are made of genuine material.
