In-stock pieces are returnable for full store credit within 7 days of delivery, as long as they haven’t been resized. Resized items are final sale. If you're unsure about sizing, we recommend purchasing the stock size.

For gemstones over 3mm, third-party certification—such as GIA, IGI, or GGTL—is available for an additional fee. The gemstone will be sent to the laboratory, and the process typically takes approximately 6 weeks.

*For mounted stones, the carat weight will be estimated. The grading report will apply only to the main center stone and will not include any accent stones.
