For gemstones over 3mm, third-party certification—such as GIA, IGI, or GGTL—is available for an additional fee. The gemstone will be sent to the laboratory, and the process typically takes approximately 6 weeks. Please note that production will be paused until the gemstone is returned, so we recommend placing your order well in advance.

*For mounted stones, the carat weight will be estimated. The grading report will apply only to the main center stone and will not include any accent stones.

Envero Jewelryではアメリカ規定のサイズで表記しております。日本国内で一般的に利用されているリングサイズとは異なりますのでご注意ください。下の表でサイズ変換し、アメリカサイズでご注文ください。

リングゲージを使ってサイズを測る

商品ページのサイズメニュー内、一番下のオプションに"Send Me A Ring Sizer"の選択肢がございます。こちらをご選択いただいた場合はご注文確定後、Envero仕様のリングゲージをお客様にお送りいたします。リングゲージがお手元に届きましたらこの動画を参考にお測りください。 

サイズ直しの豆知識

指輪は金棒から作る鍛造製法か樹脂型に金属を流し込む鋳造製法で作られます。

Envero Jewelryの指輪はリサイクルゴールドを使用した鍛金製法で製造しております。お客様のサイズに合わせた樹脂型を使用する事によって強度の高いリングを作る事ができます。例えば、受注制作でご注文いただいたお客様はお客様のサイズでお作りする為強度の高い指輪をお届けできます。一方、在庫品の一点ものリングは通常サイズ７か7.２５でお作りしており、サイズ直しが必要の場合は十分な強度が保てる範囲で直しをいたします。サイズを大きくする場合は裏側を引き伸ばし、縮める場合は裏側をカットします。ダイヤの装飾が多いデザインとシンプルなソリティアリングではリングのお直しできるサイズの幅が異なりますが一般的に±１〜２サイズのお直しを一度のみ行えます。

購入時にサイズ直しをする場合

一点ものリング、あるいは在庫商品のファッションリングをご購入いただいた場合、既存のサイズからお客様のサイズにお直しをいたします（要10営業日・無料）。強度を保つ為、サイズ直しは１度のみ受け承っております。２度目のお直しはできませんのでご留意ください。

サイズのお直しができない場合はお客様のサイズでリングを作り直しいたします（要６週間・料金は商品ページに記載）。

納品後にサイズ直しをする場合

より良いサービスを提供させていただく為日本でのサポート体制の構築に努めておりますが現時点では国内でのお直し、リサイズはお受けできません。ご不便をお掛けいたしますがお客様の所在地にあるジュエリーショップなどにお直し・リサイズをご依頼ください。尚、何らかの理由でお直しが困難な場合は最善の方法をご相談させていただきますのでご連絡くださいませ。
