Bracelet & Necklace Sizing
Please refer to each listing description for bracelet and necklace sizes. If you need them in a different length, it can be customized to any fixed length or adjustable length upon request. Customized length jewelry will take 4 weeks for production. Please inquire cs@enverojewelry.com.
Resize After Service
Envero Jewelry offers free one time resize within 1 year from the receiving date. We will only be able to resize the ring once as multiple resize will affect the durability of the ring. If your original order was already resized, we may be able to size down the ring, but will not be able to size up. Resize takes 10 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. International customers are not eligible for resizing.

Q: Unsure of the ring size?
A: Please check the size using Ring Size Guide.
Q: Getting it as a gift?
A: Please purchase stock size 7 and send it back for free resize later! Free resize service applies to US customers only.
Q: Can I resize the ring twice?
A: No, it is not recommended in order to maintain durability. In some cases, we may be able to size down half a size depending on the design.
Q: I don't see my ring size.
A: Most rings are available in size 3-8.5. We can produce up to size 9.5 as a custom order for an additional $80 and up to size 12 for an additional $200.
