In-stock pieces are returnable for full store credit within 7 days of delivery, as long as they haven’t been resized. Resized pieces are final sale. If you're unsure about sizing, we recommend ordering the stock size.

For gemstones over 3mm, third-party certification—such as GIA, IGI, or GGTL—is available for an additional fee. The gemstone will be sent to the laboratory, and the process typically takes approximately 6 weeks.
