After your order is placed, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label and detailed return instructions via email within 1–2 business days.
Your shipping label will include signature confirmation for added security. You also have the option to add insurance to return your parcel. Please note that Envero Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit, so we highly recommend adding insurance.
If you choose to add insurance, when selecting the insurance amount, please choose the range that aligns with the price you paid for your jewelry. The insured amount applied to your parcel will not exceed the value of your item.
