Custom Order FAQ

All jewelry offered by Envero Jewelry are handcrafted from the beginning to the end. If you don't find what you are looking for in our collection, you can choose the center-stone and the setting from our existing design, and we will create a new ring for you. 

What is custom order?
Custom order is a service where you choose a setting and a center-stone from Envero's existing collection. If you are looking to design your own ring, please visit this page for more info. 

Can I order in other material?
Yes, all of our rings can be made in solid 14k gold, 18k gold (yellow, rose, white gold), platinum or Nickel free white gold. Please contact us for Nickel free white gold. 

Can I choose a different center stone?
Yes, you can choose any center stone from our Gemstone Gallery. Not all gemstones are listed so if you didn't find what you are looking for, simply contact us! 

Can I order the ring in thicker band?
Yes, we can change the thickness of the band. Band upgrade will incur additional $150~, depending on the bandwidth and ring size. 

Can I modify the design?
Yes, minor modification can be accommodated with additional $150~. Minor modification implies changing prong style, removing certain aspect of the design, changing surface finish, changing side diamonds to other gemstones etc. If your request is deemed to be more than minor modification, your order will be upgraded to Design Your Own Ring Service

What kind of certificate do you offer? 
All gemstones offered by Envero Jewelry can be provided with GIA certificate. GIA certificate is optional and it takes uptimes o 6 weeks for the certification process. If you are interested in GIA certificate, please purchase the gemstone with GIA option. 

How long does custom order take?
It takes full 4-6 weeks from the date of your order. Please contact us if you need to speed up the process. 

Do you offer rush service?
Yes, for an additional fee of $80. We will complete your order within 14 days.

Do you accept returns on custom jewelry?
All custom jewelry is final sale. If you find any fault in the craftsmanship, contact us immediately.
