Although ring size is standerdized, it can be tricky because sizing can differ slightly from one brand to another. To determine the ring size, start with our Ring Size Guide and find out your ring size.

In order to retain durability of the ring, it cannot be resized more than once. The ring cannot size up/down more than 1 size.

Gemstone appraisal is additional service than can be added to your ring ordder. A certificate is issued by GIA and it will take additional 1 week for processing. Please add GIA Certificate to your cart.

Delivery

Production

  • Please verify the description of each product for an estimate production time. Items mentioned "One of a kind" are ready to ship in size 7 and it will take 10 days to resize.
  • Most necklace, bracelets and earrings are ready for immediate shipping in 14k yellow gold. 
  • Engagement rings, wedding bands and personalized jewelries will take up to 4 weeks for production. 

Shipping

  • All jewelries are shipped USPS or UPS, fully insured, adult signature required.

Return

We will accept returns for most of our jewelry with a 30% restocking fee excluding some items listed below. Envero will provide return shipping label and $10 will be deducted from the refund price. Customer must contact us within 7 business days of receipt of shipment. 

  • All customized jewelries and sale items are final sale.
  • All "Personalize" jewelries are final sale (engraved jewelry, mother necklace etc).
  • Engagement ring and fine jewelry made diamond larger than 0.20ct are final sale.
  • Eternity ring will incur 50% restocking fee.
