Use a string cut to the length of your order and try it around your neck or your wrist to see how the length looks on you. 

All necklaces and bracelets are available in custom length upon request. Should you require custom length jewelry, production will take 2~4 weeks. There will be some additional fee for longer length. Please consult with customer support!

Gemstone Appraisal Certificate Option

Gemstone appraisal is additional service than can be added to your ring ordder. A certificate is issued by GIA and it will take additional 1 week for processing. Please add GIA Certificate to your cart.

Production

• Jewelries that are listed under " Ready to Ship" category are in stock and will be shipped out immediately.
• Most necklaces, bracelets and earrings under Fine Jewelry Category are ready for immediate shipping in 14k yellow gold. We may have some rose gold/white gold inventory depending on the product. You can always write to us to find out! 
• If your order is out of stock, it will take 2~4 weeks for production. Rush order upgrade option is available for customer who needs their order in shorter timeframe. 

Shipping

• All jewelries are shipped USPS, Fedex and UPS, fully insured, adult signature required.

Return

We will accept returns for most of our jewelry with a 30% restocking fee excluding some items listed below. Envero will provide return shipping label and $10 will be deducted from the refund price. Customer must contact us within 7 business days of receipt of shipment. 

• All customized jewelries and sale items are final sale.
• All "Personalize" jewelries are final sale (engraved jewelry, mother necklace etc).
• Engagement ring and fine jewelry made diamond larger than 0.20ct are final sale.
• Eternity ring will incur 50% restocking fee.
